- from 1965 Christianeum, Hamburg (executed posthumously in 1972)
- from 1968 Vattenfall headquarters Hamburg, Mainz Town Hall (with Otto Weitling): numerous awards and prizes
- Jacobsen’s furniture designs like the “Ant”, “Egg” or “Swan” chairs are now design classics
